Audio
Audio the browser cannot play (for example DTS) can be converted here to AAC stereo and played in sync with the video. This uses the bundled FFmpeg engine (GPL-2.0-or-later) in a background worker, entirely on this device; the result is kept in memory only (download it to keep it).
Track details are read directly in this page; nothing is uploaded. Text subtitles (SRT, ASS/SSA) can be extracted; image subtitles (PGS, VobSub) cannot be edited as text without OCR.
